       These multi-layer blow mouldings are virtually predestined for applications where the        permeability of conventional plastics is too high, i. e. for packaging highly oxygen-sensitive        and /or aromatic products, for the packaging of chemical ingredients and for hot filling.

   할  경우 대부분 용기의 각부분 두께는 심한 차이가
   나게 됩니다.

페리손 콘트롤 장치를 사용하여 압출되는 페리손의 두께    를  변화시킴으로서 최적 두께의 용기를 생산함은 물론    냉각시간  및 중량의 감소로 생산성이 증가됩니다.

     내용물의 잔량을 확인할 수 있는 윈도우-스트립 용기를 생산하기 위한 보조 압출 장치로서
      싱글헤드 및 6헤드로의 장착이  가능합니다.

     소형 압출기는 헤드 자체에 직접 장착되므로 구조가 간단하고  취급이 용이하며 기존의 설비에도
      헤드의 교환만으로 투명줄 용기의 성형이 가능합니다.

     Blow 핀으로 완전 성형할 수 없는 주입구 제품은 가상의 주입구 상태로 성형 후 이를 절단함으로써       생산할 수 있습니다.

     생산 시스템의 구성에 따라 기계에 부착되거나 이송 콘베어 사이에  장착되며 절단 후 스크랩은
      자동으로 배출됩니다.

    Leak tester device enables occurrence of containers to inspect and sort out defect articles.       Depending on production system formation, machine internal type and line type of
      NHBM-series strips off automaicallt defective articles though scrap removal device and
      designed high reliability without occurring defective articles caused by falling down the
      situation od moulding condtainers and inaccuracy due to simple framework as a whole
      and oranize test as well as discharging process of defective artcles very reasonably.
